These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iFlowOps website and any demos or subscription services we provide. By using our site or booking a demo, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
iFlowOps provides automation systems for small businesses, including an Automated Business System plan and a Customer Loyalty & Retention plan. Booking a free demo does not create a paid subscription or any obligation to purchase.
Subscriptions
Paid plans, if you choose to subscribe, are billed monthly at the published rate for the plan you select. Subscription terms, billing, and cancellation details are confirmed at the time of purchase and may be provided separately.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services for lawful business purposes and not to misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt our systems or the systems of any third party.
No Guarantee of Results
iFlowOps provides tools to help automate customer communication and reputation management. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue, or result from using our services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iFlowOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
